Introduction to Energy Digitalisation: Lesson Kit for Lower Secondary (Ages 11–13)

A 50-minute classroom lesson pack for secondary-school students aged around 12, on the topic of energy digitalisation. Contains a PPT in the Every1 on-demand-deck style, a print-and-write student workbook, and a teacher's guide.
The lesson walks pupils through the shift from the old one-way grid (one big power station, monthly meter reading) to the new two-way system (rooftop solar, electric vehicles, smart meters that measure every 15 minutes).
The hands-on activity is an 'energy thieves' hunt in the student's own home — listing always-on devices, ticking the ones not needed right now, and adding up the annual cost of standby.
Closes with three concrete actions (look at the smart-meter app, move one flexible load to a sunny hour, tell a grown-up about an energy thief). The teacher's guide gives a minute-by-minute script, differentiation tips and links to the Every1 Knowledge Hub for follow-up reading.
