Find the flex!

Email-based monthly flexibility competition for an energy community — no website needed. 
The community organiser sends one challenge email per month for 12 months (provided as a Word email-kit document with a cover, a workflow guide, a kick-off email, 12 monthly challenge emails and a member reply template). Each challenge asks members to shift a flexible load (EV charging, dishwasher, oven, heat pump, holiday lighting…) into a cheap or solar hour and report back by reply email with a score. 
An accompanying Excel tracker (Members / Submissions / Monthly leaderboard / All-time leaderboard / Reference sheets, 4,153 formulas, dropdown month picker, automatic ranking of top 25) lets the organiser collate replies and publish a monthly leaderboard. 
Designed to be self-hosted: 15 seed players, tested with a token-based round-trip simulation, all carrying EU funding + CC BY-SA 4.0 attribution.
